Outdoor Community Yard Sale

9 A.M.- 4 P.M.
 
RESIDENCE NEEDED:
 
For all of you who enjoy yard sales, this is your opportunity to sale unwanted items.  The money ($10.00 fee) will go towards seniors living in Hanley Hills struggling with one of their utility bills. Please review the requirements for residence of the village:
  •    $10.00 fee must be received by  
          June 7, 2012, Thursday, before 5:30pm.
  •    Occupancy permit verified
  •    Vehicle sticker
  •    No outstanding bills with Hanley Hills
·        Bring your table or small tent to the
             event.  
  •       Clean up your area
  •       Arrive at 8:00am. To set-up
 
VENDORS NEEDED:
 
If you are a vendor who is looking to promote your business (residence or non-residence) sign up. Requirements are:
 
 
  • Fee is $25.00 each slot (size of a     parking slot)
  • If you are a residence –no bills owed to village
 
  • If you are selling food- must have a current insurance, signed hold harmless waiver, and a temporary Food Service Permit.  Please contact 314-615-8900 to obtain.  All documents have to be given to Hanley Hills Office by Thursday, May 24, 2012 (2p.m.)
  • Information Vendors deadline is June 7, 2012, Thursday.
 
  • Bring your table or small tent to the event. (Large tents are not acceptable)
 
  • Please note, if your business booth is only giving out information you are not required to have a permit, but be a professional legitimate registered business, no illegal graphics, and it’s to the village discretion.  We are seeking vendors with information that is for the good and health the community of Hanley Hills and its surrounding areas.
